Training

We provide tailored, quality training on human trafficking which equips practitioners working on the frontline, faith groups, the general public and others to understand better what human trafficking is and what their specific role can be in responding to it. Our training also includes a tailored support package beyond the training session including second tier advice and client advocacy to help you implement what you have learned.

Specific training is available for front line staff supporting Ukrainian Displaced People in Scotland.

You spoke powerfully and emotively on the implications for the prison system regarding the scale of human trafficking, and this has generated a number of positive comments we have received, and interest in this area. Your insight helped me to understand and identify signs of trafficking and where the pathways and routes for referral and support can be found.

WENDY SINCLAIR-GIEBEN,
HM CHIEF INSPECTOR OF PRISONS FOR SCOTLAND

I want to thank you for the excellent training earlier this week. It was brilliantly presented, was really concise and exceptionally informative. I left the training and straight away rang through to the Modern Slavery Helpline to report some concerns. Thank you for equipping me to do that.

THE WELCOMING
