Scottish artist, Linda Hoskins is a maker and Fine Art graduate of Grays School of Art. Using light, landscape, colour and texture, she creates work that has an ethereal outcome. She uses texture and a layering technique to create unique painting and want to draw you into a world of peace using colour to capture your attention.
Alongside art she has nine years’ experience in the Third Sector and is passionate about offering hope and help to people. She is creative by nature and seeks to look for a gentle weaving between her two passions of creativity and justice for others.
Linda has launched the Stay Seen Project which commits to donating 50% of every piece of art work sold to bring freedom to those trapped in slavery in Scotland through the work of SOHTIS. In this little clip, she has given us a glimpse of how her work develops and her heart for justice.
